Summary

Responsible for the delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context, ensure administrative excellence and operational support to the Business Coordinator Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), the Global Head Corporate & Business Development (C&BD) Finance, the Global Head M&A Transactions and to ongoing Projects.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • General administrative support (e.g. calendar management, booking of travel arrangements, handling of travel expense reports, data maintenance, filing and archival of confidential documents, invoice management/ purchase orders etc.)
  • Provide operational support to the Business Coordinator M&A (deputize in case of absences) and assistance to the Global Head C&BD Finance and Global Head M&A Transactions
  • Provide excellent support for on-site meetings and events by ensuring all details are organized in a timely manner with high attention to quality.
  • Provide administrative support also to external guests such transfer bookings, visitor registrations or welcoming upon arrival.
  • On-/ Offboarding process of employees
  • Support ongoing Projects in the corporate function

Requirements:

  • English proficient written and verbal
  • Strong Planning, Organizing Prioritizing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Collaboration and cross functional working
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams)
  • Well experienced in OneDrive and SharePoint
