Summary

Location: Ciudad de Mexico Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function. -Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

By championing the development and execution of an integrated and innovative go to market strategy for the NVS non priority portfolio
By growing/maintaining in-market portfolio market position
By enabling a “carry-over” strategy that minimizes NVS business sustainability risks for non priority mature brands
By managing product lifecycle, along with market access and medical teams, within market access accounts
By developing and implementing non traditional go-to market approaches that guarantee market potential maximization
By supporting market access, BD&L and Strategic Alliance Managers to improve value propositions across customers/partners
By creating collaborations and synergies across LACan in-market peer teams
By ensuring regional support and strategic guidance/alignment to maximize regional efforts and investments

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Business postgraduate studies (e.g MBA)

work Experience:

-Positive record of performance and behaviors
- Success track (business impact) of   development and execution of commercial strategies beyond sales team promotion and traditional engagement channels across healthcare systems
->3yrs proven record of successful marketing and sales (combined) management of pharma portfolios (diverse therapeutic areas)
-Success track of rolling forecast development and accuracy
-Experienced in distributor management and commercial agreements
-Evidence of leading strategic initiatives through cross organizational collaboration

Desired:

- >1 yrs experience working in agile organizations and leading teams thotugh agile was of working (e.g scrum)

- Hands-on experience in sales teams, performing customer facing roles
