This is a Brand Manager position for Cardiology (priority products) in fast-growing & developing cluster “Emerging Markets” with focus on Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Localize global /develop product strategy for prioritized products
  • Deliver integrated product strategy: Design Customer Experience, Omnichannel, Touchpoint Journey
  • Define, validate, and deliver content for target audiences, product specific customer solutions, key messages for responsible products/TA(s)
  • Develop promotional campaigns & tactical plans for responsible products/TA(s) within budgets
  • Monitor and control products/TA(s) budgets, forecast product outlook
  • Deeply understand Emerging Markets cluster countries insights/trends for responsible product/TA(s) and monitor /anticipate market development
  • Identify Emerging Markets’ insights and opportunities via customer interactions and market data analysis
  • Drive growth of responsible prioritized/focus products
  • Engage countries’ teams and drive field execution
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and other regulations

Key performance indicators:

  • Market share & market share growth.
  • Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department, Regulatory Department) -Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Graduated degree in scientific, business or marketing field

• Ability to speak English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level
• 3+ years’ experience working within pharmaceutical industry in marketing / product management roles
• Proven marketing management ability

• Strategic capabilities and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and relationship management

• A track record of success in driving business development opportunities in a commercial area

• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Desirable requirements:
• Emerging Markets Healthcare systems understanding

• Key stakeholders management experience
