We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior HEOR Manager. As the Senior HEOR Manager, you will lead the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local (CPO) level. Your main responsibility will be to collect and analyze data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that create value for customers, patients, and Novartis.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to submit patient access dossiers to regulatory authorities, ensuring high standards of operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective Patient Access strategies.
  • Monitor and achieve Novartis local P&R (Pricing and Reimbursement) and uptake targets.
  • Effectively utilize tracking systems to measure access and identify areas for improvement.
  • Shorten product(s) time to market by optimizing the Patient Access submission process.
  • Improve and expand patient access to Novartis products.

Essential Requirements:

  • Understanding of the National Health Care and regulatory environment of drugs.
  • Experience with reimbursement dossier compilation.
  • Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of P&R and listing processes.
