About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Strategic lead in the site. To develop open and trustworthy relationship to the authorities, the public and the business.
- To establish and maintain Health Safety and Environment and Business Continuity Management systems that will support and assist line managers to comply with local health, safety and environmental legislation & global documents.
- Coordinate the implementation and execution of procedures, standards and policies of Health, Safety and Environment, to prevent accidents, disease prevention and protect environmental
- Collects and verifies the site HSE data provided to the global Health Safety and Environment team
- Responsibility of execution of professional tasks aimed at ensuring occupational safety & health, and environment protection at the site, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

- 事故防止、疾病予防、環境保護のため、安全衛生・環境に関する手順、基準、方針の実施と実行を調整する
- グローバル安全衛生環境チームに提供されるサイトHSEデータの収集と検証
- 法律、社内規定、優れた慣行、事業目標に基づき、労働安全衛生と環境保護を確保することを目的とした専門的業務の遂行に責任を持つ。
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in HSE related work (any manufacturing company such as Medical, Chemical, PET, food and etc. )
- Serve as line manager at least 2-3 year
- Stake holder management
- Project management skill (has basic knowledge of PM and experienced end to end process)
- Collaborating across boundaries.
- Fluent both English and Japanese
- HSE関連業務経験10年以上 (医療、化学、PET、食品など製造業全般）
- 2～3年以上の組織管理職経験
- ステークホルダーとの関係性構築
- プロジェクトマネジメントスキル (基礎知識を有し、一通りのプロセスを経験していること）
- 国籍を越えたコラボレーション
- 英語および日本語が流暢であること
