About the Role
Role responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Facility Management.
Actively contribute to the on-time, within-budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of applications.
Engage effectively with stakeholders and collaboratively strive to deliver business value.
Contribute to enterprise-grade and state-of-the-art solution design and architecture, maximizing re-usability, configurability, and scalability.
Ensure top-class engineering delivery, code management, and automation, striving for the highest efficiency.
Utilize efficient DevSecOps practices for platforms, products, or systems, ensuring availability and optimal performance.
Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
Adhere to Security and Compliance policies and procedures, as well as other Novartis guidelines and standards
Role Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with Power Platform development tools ((PowerBI / PowerApps / PowerAutomate) delivery and operation. This includes hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications using these tools.
Experience in digital product development management and delivery, demonstrating the ability to manage the lifecycle of digital products from conception to deployment.
Experience working in a multi-national context and across countries, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Power Automate and PowerBI tools, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices for implementation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, including the ability to work in iterative cycles and manage sprints.
Strong business partnering skills, enabling effective collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that add value.
Expertise in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
IT service delivery experience, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and performance.
Performance management skills, including the ability to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
