Odgovorni boste za sodelovanje pri izvajanju inženirskih dejavnosti (načrtovanje, izvedba, vzdrževanje itd.) v okviru področja avtomatizacije z uporabo zanesljivih in stroškovno učinkovitih tehničnih rešitev in zagotavljanjem tehnične kakovosti za doseganje splošnih ciljev lokacije/projekta, skladno z zakonodajo, internimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji.

In Mengeš Pharmaceutical Ingredients unit, within the Production Engineering team, we are looking for a new associate for the position of Engineer Multidiscipline II (m/f/d), who will be responsible for the field of automation.
You will be responsible for participating in the implementation of engineering activities (design, implementation, maintenance, etc.) within the field of automation, using reliable and cost-effective technical solutions and ensuring technical quality to achieve the overall objectives of the site/project, in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Voditi ali sodelovati pri projektih namenjenih nadgradnji opreme, infrastrukture, objektov (npr. energetska učinkovitost, produktivnost, okoljska skladnost, vzdrževanje).
- Vzpostavitev vzdrževanja za novo opremo (vključno s potrebnimi rezervnimi deli).
- Upravljanje sistemov avtomatizacije v celotni življenjski dobi skadno z regulatornimi zahtevami (vodenje sprememb, vodenje odstopov, sistemska dokumentacija, servisi za varnostno kopiranje, avtorizacije uporabnikov, kibernetska varnost, ipd.).
- Sodelovanja pri večjih investicijskih projektih (uporabniške zahteve, načrtovanje, pregled in odobritev tehničnih rešitev in dokumentacije, terminskih planov, ter zagoni in kvalifikacije).
- Izdaja naročilni/pogodb na osnovi tehničnih specifikacij in projektantskih popisov.
- Sodelovanje pri presojah kupcev in regulatornih organov
- Druge naloge po navodilu nadrejenega in naloge na podlagi posebnega imenovanja.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Visokošolska izobrazba tehnične ali druge ustrezne smeri (elektrotehnika - avtomatika, elektronika).
- Minimalno 1 leto delovnih izkušenj v inženiringu ali proizvodnem okolju.
- Poznavanje računalniških sistemov in komunikacijski protokolov ter sistemov industrijske avtomatizacije.
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika in znanje lokalnega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Izkušnje na področju PLC programiranja, nadzornih sistemov – SCADA, izdelave tehnične dokumentacije, testiranje in zagoni procesne opreme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to activities and improvements related to equipment, utility, facility (maintenance, productivity, compliance, environmental, energy efficiency)
- Set-up maintenance for new equipment (incl. spare part needs)
- Management of automation systems throughout the lifecycle in accordance with regulatory requirements (change management, resignation management, system documentation, backup services, user authorization, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation of major capital expenditure projects (user requirements, planning, review and approval of technical solutions and documentation, schedules, as well as start-ups and qualifications)
- Issues orders / contracts based on Project Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities
- Participation in customer and regulatory assessments
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent (electrical engineering - automation, electronics)
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of computer systems and communication protocols and industrial automation systems.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in the field of PLC programming, control systems – SCADA, production of technical documentation, testing and commissioning of process equipment.
