About the Role
As a Real Estate Data & Technology Lead, you will:
- Possess proven experience of building and delivering IT solutions
- Have a good understanding on AWS services and ability to drive solutions with responsible teams
- Possess proven experience on working with various IT services (IAM services, Web Services, Network Services, Security and Vulnerability management etc.)
- Possess proven experience in building, delivering, and managing SaaS applications.
- Have previous exposure to product management concepts
- Support the establishment and maintenance of data quality management processes and tools, identifying and resolving data issues and anomalies.
- Aligning to Enterprise Data Management standards in Novartis, drive data analytics activities, using various tools and techniques to generate insights and recommendations for real estate portfolio optimization and performance improvement.
- Manage and execute data-related and technology implementation projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, Enterprise Data Management function leads, and partners.
- Support the implementation of Novartis data governance policies and standards for the Real Estate domain, ensuring data quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data management and governance, as well as identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Technology deployment, Data Analytics, Data Management
- Hands on experience with AWS services
- Familiarity with IT Service Management framework
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
- Familiarity with Data Analytics products like Power BI or Data Bricks, Snowflake
- Solid background in Enterprise Data Management and Data Governance concepts
- Proven project and stakeholder management competencies / experiences
- Fluent spoken and written professional English is a must
Complementary Requirements:
- Proven experience with Data Quality Management as a framework and relevant DQM tools.
- Good understanding on Master Data Management and its concepts
- Familiarity with other industry standard Data Governance best practices
- Familiarity with GxP guidelines
- Proven experience working within the DCAM and / or DAMA frameworks
