Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your role will primarily involve leveraging your expertise as a Chartered Accountant and your experience in using the BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) tool for financial planning and reporting purposes. You will be responsible for supporting the BPA in financial planning and reporting purposes and enabling decision-making process within the organization.

As a Techno-Functional professional, your role will involve bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of a project or system for BPC. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology solutions. Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of BPC solutions.

About the Role

Key Requirements:

  • Financial Analysis Skills: In-depth understanding of financial analysis techniques, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to extract insights from complex financial data and communicate them effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial analysis to broader business objectives. Understand key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial calculations accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies or tools for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and prioritizing features for local BPC implementations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Chartered accountant with 2+ years of experience in Finance Domain
  • Strong understanding of BPC concepts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
  • Experience with SAP BPC or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
