Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
•Subject matter expert for MES / SAP / Historian / AGE type of production IT systems
•MBR / BOM / recipe creation in production IT systems. (Being responsible all the MBR, BOM and recipies are ready and updated on related equipment/sytems.)
•SPOC for major trouble shooting, CAPA execution and follow-up for production IT systems.
•Support all data related activities, systems.
•Manage remediation activities of systems used mainly in production.
•Manage all performance track&trace processes(including serialization and aggregation), MES and other software systems in terms of compliance, HSE, cost, capacity and supply plan.
•Manage system related alerts, deviation and complaints. Support product deviations in terms of system related actions.
•Fulfill the required responsibilities of Production and Quality systems (SAP, MES etc.)
•Lead Data related Operational Excellence and Productivity projects, ensure proper communication and necessary actions to be taken on time
•Drive lean projects focused on improving end to end production flow, and synchronization in the Production Unit.
•Strategic development of Performance tracking processes, 2D, MES and other software systems regarding cost competitiveness, capacity utilization, GMP compliance and HSE.
•Supervise the implementation of all cGMP and legal, internal requirements related to Quality and drug safety, HR, HSE.
•Monitor and adhere to budgets for performance tracing, 2D, MES and other software systems expenses, headcount and investments.
•Plan, implement and follow up on training programs for all staff, provide coaching and development for personnel.
***Position will be located in Novartis Kurtköy site.
Minimum Requirements:
•Graduate in Bachelor Degree in related field, MBA preferred
•Min. 4 years’ experience in the system management at pharmaceutical/ chemical industry, ideally knowledge of a process oriented organization and self-directed culture a plus
•Excellent command of verbal and written English
•Excellent knowledge of SAP, MES, serialization & aggregation systems and MS Office applications
•Analytical thinking, strong planning, strong people management, resource management and organizational skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with customers
•Innovative and sustainable improvement focus
•Team working and customer oriented mindset
•Strong Quality and Compliance mindset
•Good collaboration skills
•To be familiar with current GMP
•Manufacturing systems knowledge is an asset (ERP in general, SAP, ATTP, Track&Trace Systems, MES) good PC literacy
