Tim MS&T (Proizvodnja, Znanost in Tehnologija) v Biofarmacevtiki Mengesš zagotavlja, da so procesi proizvodnje zdravil dobro zasnovani, robustni in zmožni dosledno proizvajati visokokakovostne izdelke visokokakovostna biološka zdravila. Naš namen je z laboratorijskimi eksperimenti na mali skali zagotoviti, da biofarmacevtska proizvodnja omogočiti proizvodnji, da deluje kot švicarska ura.
V MS&T laboratoriju izvajamo aktivnosti pod ne-GMP pogoji (razvojne prakse) za podporo proizvodnje bioloških učinkovin (DS) – proteinskih bioterapevtikov in virusnih vektorjev.
Glavne aktivnosti laboratorija so:
• Odkrivanje in odpravljanje težav ter stalno izboljševanje biotehnološkega procesa.
• Podpora razvoju procesa: oblikovanje in optimizacija proizvodnih procesov.
• Povečanje obsega proizvodnje in prenosi procesov.
• Validacija procesa: Izvajanje študij za dokazovanje, da proizvodni procesi dosledno proizvajajo izdelke želene kakovosti.
Kot MS&T Tehnik – DSP boste oblikovali, izvajali, interpretirali, poročali in izvajali znanstvene poskuse za podporo downstream procesov – npr. kromatografske tehnike, koncentriranje, filtracija...

Manufacturing, Science, and Technology (MS&T) team in Biopharmaceuticals Mengeš ensures that the drug manufacturing processes are well-designed, robust, and capable of consistently producing high-quality products. Our aim is to achieve flawless biopharmaceutical production, akin to a Swiss watch.
Our activities in MS&T Laboratory are executed under non-GMP (development practices). We support biological Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing – protein biotherapeutics and viral vectors.
Main activities of the lab are:
• Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of biotechnological process.
• Support of process development: designing and optimizing the manufacturing processes.
• Scale-up and process transfer.
• Process validation: Conducting studies to demonstrate that the manufacturing processes consistently produce products of the desired quality.
As a Lab MS&T Technician - DSP you will design, perform, interpret, report and implement scientific experiments to directly support downstream processes of biotherapeutics – e.g. chromatograpghy, concentrating, filtration...
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Postavitev in izvajanje laboratorijskih poskusov.
- Zapisovanje in ocenjevanje eksperimentalnih rezultatov.
- Nadzor nad tehničnim in administrativnim vzdrževanjem laboratorija, opreme in zalog materialov.
- Vodenje in usposabljanje novih članov ekipe.
- Podpora dejavnostim drugih področij, kot so »upstream« procesi (npr. delo s celicami) in procesi priprave končnega produkta (drug product, DP processes).
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Diploma iz naravoslovnih ved.
- Izkušnje s kromatografijo, TFF in filtracijo.
- Znanje angleščine.
- Poznavanje MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Glavne vrline so prilagodljivost, samostojnost, komunikativnost in timsko delo.
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Znanje analitskih metod za karakterizacijo bioloških molekul.
- Praktične izkušnje s TECAN robotom.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za določen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and conducting laboratory experiments
- Recording and assessing experimental results
- Overseeing the technical and administrative upkeep of facilities, equipment, and inventory
- Guiding and training new team members,
- Support also activities of other areas such as upstream processing (e.g. working with cells) and drug product.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences.
- Experience with chromatography, TFF, and filtration.
- Flexibility, independent, communicative, and enjoy teamwork.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of analytical methods for characterization of biological molecules.
- Hands-on experience with TECAN robot.
