Novartis wins Prestigious ABSL Diamond Award for ESG Excellence again
We are thrilled to announce that we have been honored with the highly esteemed ABSL Diamond Award for our exceptional performance in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) category.
We were recognized for implementation of Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC) where we committed to having gender balance in management and ensuring pay equity and transparency end of 2023.

It is our great pleasure to share that our organization is a proud winner of the ABSL Diamond Award for the second consecutive year. This year the recognition comes from the Innovative workplace and remote working strategies category for our #ReimagineWorkplace program.
Our #ReimagineWorkplace program has been awarded for being a highly innovative solution in building a hybrid workplace. We were recognized for our flexibility offerings, allowing associates to make a Choice with Responsibility over how, where and when they work, including working from abroad during personal travel for up to 2 months in a 12-month period; our efforts towards reimagining our workplace, as well as for introducing a culture of experimentation (4+1 compressed workweek experiment).
