About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- SME for Visible particles for TRD Development in Slovenia responsible for training and qualification of operators for Visible inspection, taking care of Test kits, writing SOPs and required documents.
- Support development activities with root cause investigations and regular analytics for visible and subvisible particles.
- Evaluate new equipment & new technology related to identification and characterization of particles.
- Responsible to deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, and with quality (e.g. timely execution of cross-functional plans, accurate monitoring and tracking of defined activities).
- You ensure compliance of activities with quality standards (DQP), safety standards (HSE) and other Novartis standards.
Requirements:
- Desirable requirement: Visual inspection (trainer) experience
- Sound technical & scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical development, analytical sciences, or equivalent.
- You have been working in a lab for several years and have experience in analytical environment.
- Root cause investigation experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.

Znanstveni svetovalec
Vodi in upravlja vse projektne/mrežne aktivnosti ter uporablja strokovno znanstveno/tehnično znanje/poznavanje GMP in/ali strokovno znanje s področja kakovosti za reševanje zahtevnih problemov s področja raziskav in razvoja v okviru večfunkcijske projektne ekipe; usmerja člane ekipe in prispeva h globalnim strategijam in ciljem; upravlja operativne vidike v laboratorijih ali obratih v skladu z zadolžitvami; pripravlja strategije o znanosti in tehnologijah.
Glavne odgovornosti:
- Strokovnjak za vidne delce v razvoju TRD Slovenija
- Odgovoren za usposabljanje in kvalifikacije operaterjev za vidni pregled, skrb za testne komplete, pisanje SOP-jev ter zahtevanih dokumentov.
- Podpiranje razvojnih dejavnosti z raziskovanjem težav in rednimi analizami za vidne in subvidne delce.
- Pregeld nove opreme in nove tehnologije, povezane z identifikacijo in karakterizacijo delcev.
- Odgovoren za izvedbo dodeljenih projektov (npr. pravočasno izvajanje medfunkcionalnih načrtov, natančno spremljanje in sledenje opredeljenim aktivnostim).
- Zagotavljate skladnost dejavnosti s standardi kakovosti (DQP), varnostnimi standardi (HSE) in drugimi Novartisovimi standardi.
Željeni pogoji:
- Zaželena zahteva: izkušnje na metodi vizualnega pregleda vidnih delcev (trener).
- Magisterij oz. doktorat iz naravoslove smeri
- Tehnična in znanstvena znanja o farmacevtskem razvoju, analitičnih znanostih ali njim primerljivih področjih
- Dobro tehnično in znanstveno znanje o farmacevtskem razvoju, analitičnih znanostih.
- Izkušnje iz analitskega laboratorija
- Odlične komunikacijske in predstavitvene sposobnosti.
- Obvladanje ustne in pisne angleščine.
