The purpose of this role is to effectively lead data analytics projects, leverage financial knowledge, and utilize Qlik Sense, Power BI, and BW BI to address FRA Data & Digital business requirements for financial compliance & proper risk monitoring capabilities.
The IT Associate Director DDIT GF Solution Delivery Digital Assurance will be able to effectively lead data analytics projects, leverage financial knowledge, and utilize Qlik Sense, Power BI, BW BI and other digital solutions to address FRA Data & Digital business requirements for financial compliance & proper risk monitoring capabilities.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Finance Business to understand their needs and challenges and translating this information into project requirements.
- Drive the process from IT Project Demand shaping through Project approval to project execution
- Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations for technology decisions including business case creation and financial assumptions.
- Ensure designed solutions are aligned with IT strategy standards and roadmap. Bring innovations to the solutions and add measurable values to Finance business.
- Create project charters, set up staffing profile, Establish & maintain project budgets, timelines, and Roadmap for Finance Data & Digital analytics projects
- Execute IT Projects and monitor scope to ensure that it meets business specifications while staying within budget and on schedule.
- Report progress to Projects’ Steering Committees
- Develop strong & positive working relationships with key Business and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate extensively with global IT team (IT Security & compliance, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT Engineers, IT Operations, Product /business Service Management, IT Project Portfolio Management etc., )

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong project management skills to oversee data analytics projects from initiation to completion. Experience in Data Analysis and Data Modeling. Proficiency in Project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Proven experience with leading medium – large size IT projects (500k - 2m USD) preferably in SOX compliant environment
- Project budget management & clear communication of project timelines, issues, dependencies & risks to the project team and stakeholders. Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources
- Proficiency in Qlik Sense and Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Intelligence (BI) for data integration and reporting.
- Understanding of financial principles, accounting, and financial accounting Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience facilitating decision-making by identifying key stakeholders and surfacing the required information to make critical decisions
Desirable requirements:
- ITIL & SAFe Certified
- Techno/functional Experience in Process mining
