Responsable de supervisar y contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de un Programa de Ética, Riesgo y Cumplimiento efectivo dentro del país o clúster respectivo en alineación con la Compañía, Divisiones, Unidades Organizativas o Estrategia de Función. Apoyar al liderazgo local para asegurar la correcta implementación del Programa ERC / Riesgo / BCM & NEM / TPRM.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Support the local leadership to ensure the proper implementation of the Ethic, Risks & Compliance / Risk / Business Continuity Management & Novartis Emergency Management / Third Party Risk Management Program.
  • Management of senior stakeholders and senior representatives of other functions (for example, internal audit, BPO, legal, political custodians).
  • Provide strategic guidance to ERC managers, executives, country president and support local implementation activities by using existing tools.
  • Increase team capabilities by providing training and carrying out country visits.
  • Enhance the onboarding of key leaders and boost the objectives set up and the performance management process.
  • Develop and update materials and support tools related to Ethic, Risks & Compliance / Risk / Business Continuity Management & Novartis Emergency Management / Third Party Risk Management Program.
  • Provide compliance advice to the country president and other stakeholders cross divisional.
  • Support the design of an effective framework anti bribery / TPG and support a robust implementation.
  • Review and refine the Anti-Bribery / TPG strategy, policy, process and systems.
  • Develop pragmatic tools to support the implementation of the anti-bribery framework across divisions and develop presentations regarding the anti-bribery/TPG framework at senior management.

  • Provide strategic support to Ethics, Risks & Compliance prior to request, including management / being an active member of the strategic project team for a variety of compliance topics.
  • Notification of technical issues / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of reception.

Essential Requirements

  • Complete graduation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 10+ years of experience in the ERC (Ethics, Risks & Compliance) area.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Desirable knowledge about the health Colombian market.
