About the role:

Specialist for project delivery for Business Process Automation for Finance, Procurement, Commercial and Operations in the LDC S/4 Program.
Partner with Global Core Enablement Business and IT leads and Adopt/Country stakeholders and for use case analysis, solution design.
Responsible for Supplier and collaborate with APD on support operations of LDC Business Process Automation use cases, ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to

  • Identify and assess opportunities along with LDC workstreams to improve functional SAP processes for Finance, Procurement, Commercial and Operations. Role analyzes existing business process workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to streamline and automate. This includes leveraging technology and tools to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage solution design, development and deployment efforts for business process automation use cases by compiling required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Effective project management skills are crucial to successfully implement business process automation initiatives. Ensure use cases adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions.
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services. Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business.
  • Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Initiate solution testing to ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery jointly with supplier partner. Conduct service handover and lead the go-live authorization discussions with the other work streams.
  • Ensure that all release and deployment packages can be tracked, tested, verified and backed out (if required). Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customers. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of automated processes and measuring the impact of business process automation initiatives by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for LDC workstreams and LDC LT, providing insights on the benefits achieved and recommending further improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Functional experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4 business processes through implementation or functional support. Knowledgeable in SAP master data, transactions and tables.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Build Process Automation technology or/and SAP iRPA  and its business potential.
  • End-2-End hands on experience with Automation using UI Approach, API & Action based, Approval Forms designing, leveraging various out of the box available SDK’s, Environment based approach, Workflow Management, Transports, API Triggers.
  • Experience in conducting thorough business process analyses and planning innovation/transformation journeys. Understanding of REST APIs and OData to facilitate efficient and effective data exchange between systems.
  • Schedule BOT's in RDP servers in various modes (attended/unattended). Strong understanding of S/4HANA API consumption and 3rd party API consumption to develop and implement integration solutions using BPA.
  • Knowledge on BPA Integration with Build Apps, Task Center Enablement for SAP BPA.
  • Experience with Agile tools, techniques and Project Management experience
