Summary
Governs all Integration management topics to ensure that Novartis LDC Platform (S/4 Ecosystem including core extensions) efficiently supports LDC program. Takes lead in areas of responsibility and own topics that are critical to successful delivery of the LDC program, sub-projects (early movers) and act as a trusted partner to various stakeholders while maintaining effective collaboration across organizations.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Manages LDC Platform management - Technical Integration team and owns deliverables and milestones across organization to support Novartis LDC Program and early movers in areas of Technical and Functional Integration management for LDC core systems (S/4 Ecosystem & core extensions) and connected systems
- Maintain transparent and trusted communication channels and ensure tracking of Integration management topics, meetings and decisions
- Take ownership, lead associates from different teams and ensure close collaboration between all necessary organizations and parties (e.g. Architecture, Security, Operational support teams, Compliance, program resources (methodology, technical, functional, etc.)
- Establish governance structures withing program, projects, with operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation for responsible Domain / functions
- Take accountability to ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet its functional as well as non-functional requirements and adhere to the architecture design and are aligned to architecture standards
- Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve thedesired business value and impact
- Support continuous improvement of Novartis LDC S/4 Ecosystem technical environment with proactive feedback and lessons learned
- Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Support Release, Deployment and Development leads throughout the program lifecycle ensuring seamless delivery
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in business/technical domains or equivalent proven experience & certifications in the field
- 12+ years of relevant professional IT experience in SAP integration management or SAP implementation projects
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Eco-system applications and platforms
- Proven experience with program rollouts, migration projects, SAP implementation projects and SAP estate operations
- Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
- Proven experience in leadership and management in matrix organizations
