In this position you will be part of the supply chain and you will be responsible mostly for planning and coordination activities as well as process and IT tools optimization. You will work in a team of 15 people. You will have other 3 colleagues in the team who work as tactical planners to support you.

This position is temporary until end of 2025.

About the Role

Location: Schaftenau, Tirol, Austria #Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production capacity, resource planning and inventory on a tactical level.
  • Active management of demand planning with CMO (contract manufacturing organization)
  • Coordinate the Supply Planning Review and action plans that resolve resource constraints and shortages.
  • Optimize local planning processes:  Investigate and develop functionalities of new planning tools in order to optimize planning processes.
  • Lead the planning parameters and master data in an ERP system.
  • Prepare action plans to achieve the supply performance objective.
  • Handle supply important metric reporting and analysis.


Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, life sciences or any other relevant education
  • 5 years of working experience in planning (production) or supply chain
  • Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a must, APICS certification is a plus
  • Learning agility, great communication skills, collaborative

For this position the minimum salary is € 64,023.54 /year (on a full time basis). We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
