The Strategic Business Partner for Corporate Treasury drives and ensures that DD&IT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other DD&IT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to Corporate Treasury as per agreed service descriptions.
This role contributes to creating, evolving, and driving the organization's strategy, aligning objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all technical aspects of the product lifecycle in close partnership with the Business Product Manager
- Develop the technical product roadmap: from ideation to development through adoption and value realization.
- Identify and prioritize the features to build minimum viable products towards incrementally delivering maximum business value
- Act as strategic business partner to proactively shape change portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon).
- Accountable for successful delivery and operations of Treasury Applications & Portfolio
- Accountable to shape the Legacy Treasury landscape to newer Technologies
- Accountable to enable successful transition to LDC Treasury Cash Management solution
- DD&IT budget accountability to the business (Meeting yearly budget target for DD&IT projects and operations)
- Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions
- Accountable for SOX compliance for applicable systems. Optimize composition of Internals vs Externals in alignment with DD&IT Location Strategy and DD&IT Supplier Strategy

What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 15 years of IT Service Delivery experience
- Experienced people manager (supervision of a minimum for 5 team members). Proven ability to manage global teams: internals & externals
- Interaction with Sr. Stakeholders
- Experience with IT Roadmap evolution with migrating from legacy landscape to enterprise standards
- Corporate Finance functional knowledge and fluent English
