Summary

Engage and get hand-on experience in Medical affairs daily activities by supporting in administrative and compliance related tasks.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • BeSure event entries and reconciliation for medical activities (Baltics)
  • BCD/CWT booking management for HCPs and medical team (Baltics)
  • MAP related internal documentation follow-up (Lithuania primarily)
  • FUSE uploads for medical materials (Baltics)
  • Contract management for medical events (Lithuania primarily)
  • Meeting minutes and meeting support (internal medical meetings)
  • OnCore event attendee upload based on attendance list (Baltics)
  • HCP assessment and tiering support

Key performance indicators:

  • Works within Ethics and Compliance policies
  • On-time high-quality activity execution

Minimum Requirements: 
Education: 

  • At least Bachelors degree in Biomedical sciences, Pharmacy or Medicine or similar.
  • Masters degree would be considered as advantage

 

Work Experience: at least 1 year in pharmaceutical industry will be considered as advantage

  • Collaborating across boundaries.
