Summary

This position will be part of the Tech Ops organization and will support the US team with month-end close activities, financial planning analyses and ad-hoc reporting.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

  • Review monthly site PCE spend; focus on personnel costs and indirect spend
  • Support month-close process; journal entries, OpInc review, reporting
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and perform accrual analysis
  • Build product standards for new materials
  • Monitor inventory scrap by product
  • Prepare monthly CapEx actual vs target and spend by project report
  • Partner with business to build CARs
  • Support CMO work order financial analysis

Ideal Background:

Education:

University degree in Finance or Business

Languages:                

Fluent in speaking / writing in English

Experience:               

>7 years in Finance in a variety of functions (BPA & FRA preferred) with manufacturing experience
