About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
• Strengthen medical capabilities across MSL and Medical science capability pool thorough identifying key capability gaps, providing training programs and measuring outcomes.
• Drive performance management, identifying key performance indicators, tracking progress, measuring impact, and sharing analytical reports
• Collect benchmark data for organization value, competitive intelligence of the industry and make an analysis to capture the latest business situation
• Build/Maintain strong Medical platform/system/tool and digital solution to drive efficiency and improve productivity of Medical dept.
• Drive rapidly adoption for omni-channel engagement across all medical functions
– Drive new way of working by leveraging new digital capabilities
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing channel effectiveness and campaign performance in close collaboration with BEE analytics team
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured) :
• Achievement of field operation performance & impact
• Upskilling medical capability (Field Medical, Strategy and Evidence generation)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Languages:
• Japanese, Intermediary English
Experience/Professional requirement:
• At Least 3 years agile project management in a business. (Not software) context
• Experience in building capability development plan, Field engagement and Strategy development including Omni-channel program
• Outstanding performance in MSE/MSL achieved by strategic approach
