About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve the integration architecture of the SCAPE SCE according to the SCE roadmap and in alignment with roadmaps of upstream and downstream Development systems.
- Optimize and evolve SCE integration architecture for efficiency, in alignment with enterprise strategies, standards and requirements, while delivering business value.
- Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap, strategies and policies, and support the development, execution and operations of the SCE
- Ensure peer review and sign off of SCE integration architecture
- Ensure that detailed integration architecture and design adheres to the SCE solution architecture design (i.e. high-level conceptual design) and is traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
- Engage with multiple stakeholders (architecture / business / vendor partners) to deliver the SCE product
- Coordinate with all other scrum teams and workstreams on the SCAPE project to deliver a quality SCE product on time and within budget
- Maintain and evolve Architecture tools and platforms, principles, policies and standards
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline. An advanced degree and related accreditations are a plus
Experience / Professional requirements
- 10+ years’ experience working in an IT environment in a regulated Pharma environment
- Experience architecting integrations across a multi-cloud network
- Experience collaborating across geographical and organizational boundaries
- Advanced knowledge of Lean/ 6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology
- Technology-focused on data science platforms and experienced with cloud implementations
- Leveraging digital technology and effective change management to deliver value
- Track record delivering global solutions at scale, and interactions with senior management
- Delivery of validated IT solutions and collaborating across boundaries,
- Experience in IT enterprise & business architecture, IT solution architecture, performance management, managing resources, consulting, IT governance, consulting and quality decision making,
