About the Role
Automation Development:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various business processes.
Create and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
Software Development:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with software developers to integrate automation solutions into existing systems.
Ensure seamless communication between automated processes and other software components.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of automation software to identify and resolve any issues.
Perform unit, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Document test results and compile metrics.
Process Optimization:
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
Continuously monitor and improve automated systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
Communicate effectively to express ideas, report bugs, and provide solutions.
