About the Role: Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for assigned territory and specific product area. Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs. This role reports directly to Senior Manager, Sales.

About the Role

  • Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance targets.
  • Creates and executes business plans to drive this achievement and is responsible for brands’ strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and standards.
  • Works independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities.
  • Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
  • Manages area sales and expense budgets.
  • Leads a high-performing team of Medical Representatives; hires, trains and develops them as necessary; provides coaching and feedback to the team.
  • Manages relationships with key accounts’ decision makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations; and other colleagues across business functions to achieve desired results.
  • Masters product knowledge and disease area knowledge; and coach the team on the same.

Essential Requirements for internal application

  • Consistent KPIs and 100% Sales achievement twice the last 3 years, with no year below 90% Total Sales performance
  • At least 1-year as Specialist or Senior Specialist position
  • Passed MR Certification the last 3 years, with at least twice Mastered Level performance
  • Exemplary demonstration of V&B, no compliance and disciplinary action
  • Passion for people development and will to win

Essential Requirements for external application

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Must have the experience in the field of Cardiovascular
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for collaboration
  • Having experience in assigned territory is highly desirable- Manila Area
