About this National Role:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes? As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Radioligand Therapy (RLT) for neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), you will play a critical role in advancing innovative treatments. Collaborate with medical experts, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams to ensure cutting-edge scientific exchange and the seamless delivery of impactful insights. This dynamic national position offers an opportunity to shape strategies, build relationships, and drive patient-centric outcomes.
This role reports directly into the Medical Director, RLT, and will work hand in hand with the NETs cross-functional team.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, market access, and clinical operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and objectives.
- Engage Medical Experts: Build strong, credible relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to facilitate meaningful scientific discussions.
- Deliver Medical Education: Design and implement impactful educational programs that address regional and national needs.
- Support Clinical Research: Collaborate with investigators and clinical operations teams to optimize trial sites and enhance patient recruitment.
- Share Insights: Gather and report actionable field insights to refine strategies and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Lead Field Initiatives: Drive pre- and post-launch activities, ensuring the successful introduction of RLT products.
- Mentor and Lead: Serve as a leader within the national MSL team, promoting best practices and a culture of collaboration.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an MSL or similar field-based role.
- Exceptional communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to integrate field insights into planning.
- Exceptional ability to thrive in a field-based, cross-functional environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Cross functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of compliance and ethical guidelines for HCP interactions.
- Proficiency in English (French language skills are an asset).
- Flexibility for national travel (60% field engagement).
Desirable Requirements:
- Expertise in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radioligand therapy with a focus on NETs.
