About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Develop an in depth disease patient journey in close collaboration with the TA squad based on internal data sources
- Execute and optimize the bottleneck analysis of the patient journey in close collaboration with the TA squad and external customers based on internal data sources
- Develop projects in close collaboration with the TA squad and Brand Team that help identify and solve hurdles/bottlenecks in the patient journey
- Realizing projects in accordance with tactical product and/or regional account plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders to define, validate and implement projects related to patient journey
- Ensuring accurate project planning and execution/implementation in close collaboration with Brand Manager and TA squad
- Realizing the implementation of activities within the customer-facing organization;•Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the projects
- Monitoring and checking the project results through agreed KPIs
- Communicate effectively within the organization in order to realize the excellent implementation of the projects
- Maintain and build a strong relationship (on a regular base) with the regional customer facing teams to support and realize current and future product & project objectives;•Anticipate on future trends that may affect the performance and potential of the product
- Actively lead projects that are directly under the responsibility of the project manager with high positive energy
- Actively participate and give valuable input in cross functional squad team in which tactical decisions are made with regard to priority projects or products
- Propose and develop new projects which can be integrated as part of the tactical product plans
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- At least: HBO – bio-medical, business administration of marketing (focus on science),
- Nima A
- Desired: WO Bio medical or business administration/marketing
- At least: 2 year experience in sales, marketing or other customer facing role
- Desired: Project management & experience within therapeutic area.
Languages :
- Dutch & English.
