Closing Date for Applications: 5th July 2024 About the Role: As the Senior Manager, Channel Analytics & Client Success you will utilize advanced analytics to track and measure the performance of corporate digital channels. Additionally, a key aspect of this role is to proactively engage and consult with content partners and internal clients to help enhance their success in reaching their target audiences by leveraging data-driven insights and recommendations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop an overarching measurement and performance strategy for corporate digital channels, aligning with business objectives and KPIs

  • Provide regular channel dashboards and reports to content partners, offering valuable insights and data-driven recommendations and consult how to further improve their campaigns and better reach their audiences

  • Provide regular channel dashboards for leaders and other relevant stakeholders

  • Conduct benchmarking activities to evaluate the performance of competitor channels and identify opportunities for improvement, while also assessing practices used in other sectors for potential adaptation

  • Evaluate and adopt new measurement tools and technologies, including predictive analytics, to enhance the depth and accuracy of channel analytics

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement of campaigns and content submissions, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met and exceeded

  • Establish channel analytics best practices and deliver training programs to empower country channel teams, enabling them to effectively leverage analytics for channel optimization and decision-making

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously expanding knowledge to effectively guide platform operations and drive innovation

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, marketing or statistics and at minimum 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing or data analysts

  • Data analytics for digital platforms and channels including digital marketing measurement

  • Delivery of reports, presentations and data visualizations to internal clients, senior management and other stakeholders

  • Use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), heatmaps and other user behaviour analysis tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), native social media business manager tools and customer experience platforms (e.g. Sprinklr) to generate data

  • Consultancy on digital channel data analytics

  • Fluent English language, other languages useful

  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques

Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,400 – $195,600/ year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period.  Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
