Novartis will be among the exhibitors at this year's MojeDelo.com Career Fair at Ljubljana's Cankarjev dom. There, Novartis associates will highlight the various career paths we provide to shape the future of the pharmaceutical industry. Visitors will also have the opportunity to hear our experts provide engaging lectures.
We will be presenting our mission and innovative approaches we utilize in our work to job seekers of all generations at our booth on October 19, between 10.00 and 19.00. Our experts will also provide talks about how we reimagine medicine and empower our colleagues to be the best versions of themselves. Barbara Jedovnicky from Technical research and development will introduce the Energized for Life initiative, which is dedicated to our colleagues' mental and physical well-being, while Blaž Kržan from Bio Production Mengeš will provide a peek into the high-tech manufacture of biologics, from the cell to the finished product.
At the Career Fair, visitors will also be able to register for the open door days at our Ljubljana and Mengeš sites. During the open door days the participants will receive a firsthand glimpse at how innovative pharmaceutical industry operates and the perks of working for Novartis.
