Selected scholarship recipients are given the opportunity to undertake internships. Upon completing their education, we discuss the possibility of employment with them. During the scholarship period at Novartis, scholarship recipients get acquainted with diverse work across various fields and become part of an inclusive work environment in well-connected teams. This allows them to develop their careers in a stable working environment and fully realize their potential.
Current Scholarships for 2025/2026
In March 2025, we announced scholarships for the 2025/2026 school year for high school pupils and final-year university students in the following fields:
- Pharmacy
- Chemistry
- Biotechnology
- Mechatronics
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Physics
Applications are open until April 30, 2025. Apply via the online form.
Once we receive and review all applications, individual interviews will follow, culminating in the final selection of scholarship recipients. Students and pupils will be notified of the selection results in June 2025.
