Selected scholarship recipients are given the opportunity to undertake internships. Upon completing their education, we discuss the possibility of employment with them. During the scholarship period at Novartis, scholarship recipients get acquainted with diverse work across various fields and become part of an inclusive work environment in well-connected teams. This allows them to develop their careers in a stable working environment and fully realize their potential.
