Location: Ljubljana #LI-Hybrid We are looking for a Supply Operations Manager, who will be working within the external supplier relationship team, taking responsibility for setting up and overseeing the implementation of an optimum purchasing plan in order to improve the customer service level, supplier production capacities, costs and inventory management, and monitoring the KPIs in the field of inventories. About the Role

• At meetings with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (GMOs), discussing the NOSCCE standards and KPIs to ensure feedback information on performance and analysis of root causes, and to implement improvements. .
• Planning and conducting S&OP meetings with suppliers on the basis of the assessment of supplier segmentation.
• By performing inventory analysis, establishing how to increase the inventory turnover, reduce the volume of waste / write-offs, or optimize KPIs / customer service level.
• Designing and implementing supply chain models which support the business strategies able to adapt to the changing market conditions, new business opportunities or cost-cutting strategies.
• Participating in the coordination of technical changes, production line expansions, or introduction of new products to ensure an organized and timely transition of the production flow.
• Responsibility for tasks related to the execution of orders for products manufactured by external suppliers in scope.
• Setting up and overseeing an optimum supply plan in order to regulate the customer service level, production capacities of external suppliers, inventory level, and operational costs in accordance with the budget.
• Responsibility for timely execution of orders, including the organization and management of the physical dispatch of goods in collaboration with forwarding agencies.
 

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum university (BSc) degree in natural & technical sciences or economic & social sciences.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a comparable position in supply chain.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Functional knowledge of English.

Iščemo Managerja nabave tretjih dobaviteljev, ki bo odgovoren za odnose z zunanjimi dobavitelji odgovoren za postavitev in nadzor nad izvajanjem optimalnega nabavnega plana s ciljem izboljšanja stopnje servisiranja kupcev, dobaviteljevih proizvodnih kapacitet, stroškov in obvladovanje zalog in spremljanje kazalcev uspešnosti na področju zalog.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

• Priprava in izvedba S&OP sestankov z dobavitelji v skladu s predpisano frekvenco določeno na podlagi segmentacije dobavitelja. Ključni namen S&OP sestankov je obravnava  NOSSCE in ostalih poslovnih kazalcev učinkovitosti z namenom uskladitve plana dobav, pridobitve povratnih informacij, uvedbe analize primarnih vzrokov in možnih stalnih izboljšav.  .
• Zagotovitev pravilnosti in pravočasnosti podatkov v orodju SUPER.
• Z analizo zalog zagotavljati boljši »turnover« zalog, zmanjšanje količine odpadkov / odpisov ali optimizacijo ključnih kazalnikov uspešnosti / izboljšanja storitev za kupce.
• Načrtovanje in izvajanje modelov oskrbe, ki podpirajo poslovne strategije, ki se lahko prilagajajo spreminjajočim se pogojem na trgu, novim poslovnim priložnostim, ali strategije za zmanjšanje stroškov.
• Sodelovanje pri koordinaciji tehničnih sprememb, širitev produktnih linij ali uvedb novih izdelkov za zagotavljanje urejenega in pravočasnega prehoda pretoka proizvodnje.
• Odgovornost za naloge v zvezi izpolnjevanjem naročil za izdelke, ki se proizvajajo pri zunanjih dobaviteljih v okviru pristojnosti.
• Odgovornost za vzpostavitev in nadzor optimalnega načrta oskrbe z namenom uravnavati nivo storitev za kupce, proizvodne zmogljivosti pri zunanjih dobaviteljih, nivo zalog in stroškov delovanja v skladu s proračunskimi sredstvi.
• Odgovornost za pravočasno izvedbo naročil, vključno z organizacijo in vodenjem fizične odpreme blaga v sodelovanju s špediterji.
 

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

• Vsaj visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe  naravoslovnotehnične ali ekonomskodružboslovne smeri 
• Najmanj 3 leta izkušenj na primerljivem delovnem mestu v oskrbovalni verigi (supply chain).
• Odlične komunikacijske in timske sposobnosti.
• Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.
