Senior project Manager
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
Working closely with the Medcomm Team across Franchise, this role acts as a Project management partner for Medcomm teams for an assigned Franchise or projects for Medical Communications MKS deliverables. This role leads the development, execution and management of assigned projects ensuring alignment with the Medcomm business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main POC for assigned Projects including Vendor Management, Financials and any other as appropriate.
- Full project lifecycle ownership, successful project delivery will include full implementation of project plan from initiation to completion.
- Manage all aspects of multiple projects within assigned portfolio to ensure overall delivery of tactics.
- Establish practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Working in collaboration with the different internal and external Stakeholders to drive the activities.
- Communicates clearly and frequently, Provides proactive recommendations with regards to Project management and Operations aspects
- Ensures timely, accurate all documentation and correspondence. Responsible for keeping Team Lead –Delivery & Ops briefed on all Projects and activities assigned.
- Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of advice for assigned projects.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum: Post Graduate Degree, ideally in science. Additional further education desirable preferable MBA.
- Minimum 7 years of experience of working with Medical Communications for either an agency or from within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in healthcare communications environment preferable
- Extensive track record in Operations & Project Management
- High level of experience in digital solutions and innovation
- Significant openness to piloting new ideas.
- Experience in cross cultural work environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Ability to lead projects of moderate to high complexity, strong teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a heavy workload.
