About the Role
Key Requirements:
- Single point of contact for Operational updates across tools
- Act as a project manager for specific projects right from planning till execution
- Create and maintain the data flow along with operational roadmap for all processes
- Requirement gathering and feature prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Team coordination.Communications to internal team members or stakeholders.Quality control.
- User Feedback / Usage analysis to drive deeper adoption of tools across the business
- Fosters effective communication and understanding of functional and technical changes and support customer engagement,
- Close collaboration with Hyderabad to leverage the team and build up know-how. Ensure issues are well managed and escalated when appropriate.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Tools Coordinator/Project Manager plays a vital role in driving the successful implementation and utilization of tools for the organization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Desirable Requirements:
- MBA/CA
- 5-8 years’ experience
- Project Management and tools experience
