About the Role
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, drive, and implement the patient advocacy strategy for respective therapeutic areas, focusing on priority pre-launch, launch, and in-market brands.
- Create, align, and propose an annual engagement plan with patient organizations for priority disease areas.
- Work collaboratively cross-divisionally and/or cross-functionally to bring in critical patient insights to inform global strategies and key decisions.
- Oversee patient advocacy-related processes and governance, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Co-create PAG and patient materials or their concepts in collaboration with the medical team and communication team.
- Co-create Medical Content for patient materials & disease awareness programs
- Performs Medical Review activity as assigned by the Country Medical Affairs Head
Essential Requirements:
- Required Degree: MD or PharmD/PhD in Health Sciences or related field
- Languages: English and Czech - fluent, written and spoken
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Medical Affairs & Patient Advocacy experience preferred
- Strong medical and scientific background in various disease areas
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Proficiency in medical and scientific writing
- Adaptability and ability to work in flexible arrangements
