About the Role
Role responsibilities:
- Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, and maintainable software solutions for the Supply Chain organization and other strategic initiatives.
- Participate in fit-gap workshops, providing effort estimates and solution proposals.
- Develop and maintain code repositories, responding quickly to bug reports and security vulnerabilities.
- Integrate software development best practices.
- Collaborate extensively with colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Project Management, and Product Management.
- Drive data enablement and build digital products according to business priorities and technology architects' alignment.
- Contribute to AI/ML initiatives, cloud migration, data quality improvement, business process simplification, and other strategic pillars.
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and the Data and Analytics strategy.
- Provide status reports to product owners and IT management.
Role Requirements:
- 8+ years in data & analytics, 3+ years in delivery management, and customer-facing IT roles, 2+ years in Machine Learning and SAP BW on HANA/S/4 HANA
- Experience with collecting and interpreting requirements, building solutions to satisfy business needs.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and KPIs, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Machine Learning, GenAI, Data Lake, Data warehouse, and visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Strong hands-on exposure in Data and Analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Disciplined Agile, Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience with AWS Services, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Angular, and SAP Analytics.
- Domain expertise in Pharma and/or Healthcare is a plus.
