About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to cultivate and sustain a positive and adaptive organisational culture that aligns with what we value, 'Behaviors in Action' and objectives.

  • Apply human-centered design principles to activate and embed behavioral change, ensuring solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with employee needs and preferences.

  • Develop strategies and initiatives to drive behavioral change across the organisation, using insights from psychology, sociology, and neuroscience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders and employees to understand their point of views and needs and incorporate these insights into culture and design initiatives.

  • Use data analytics and qualitative research methods to gather insights into people’s behaviors, attitudes, and motivations, and use these insights to inform culture and design interventions.

  • Establish key indicators to assess the effectiveness of culture and design initiatives, and continuously monitor and evaluate progress against these benchmarks.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, model practices, and emerging research in behavioral science, human-centered design, and organisational culture, and share insights and recommendations with internal partners.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Organisational Behavior, Human-Centred Design, Behavioral Science or a related field).

  • Many years’ experience in organisational development, change management, or culture transformation roles, with a focus on behavioral change and human-centered design.

  • Proficiency in human-centered design methodologies, such as design thinking, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.

  • Strong understanding of behavioral science principles, including motivation, decision-making, and behavioral economics.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organisation.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving positive change and innovation within organisations.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous, undefined environment.
