Summary

Support the Team Head in the planning, execution as well as monitoring of development laboratory work and serve as an ambassador for the cultural change towards continuous improvement and support of digital initiatives by empowerment, accountability, and team ownership of deliverables.

About the Role

Major Activities

  • Support the Team Head in the development, planning, execution and monitoring of development laboratory work
  • Manage the laboratory activities using planning tool allowing efficient and best use of laboratories and laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate together with Laboratory Team Head, Analytical Team Head and Theragnostic Team Head the assignment of scientists to different activities based on portfolio priorities
  • Assess capabilities and capacity constraints
  • Work actively to create lab procedures, reports and/or instructions and/or SOP’s.
  • Establish and maintain standard estimated time of work per activity
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance of laboratories and equipment
  • Support the Team Head in the management of technical onboarding trainings
  • Managing laboratory visits
  • Help foster a culture of empowerment and accountability, diversity and inclusion, trust, high performance, strong team spirit, promote team knowledge exchange and a continuous improvement mind-set through by consistently exhibiting the above traits.
