Internal Audit Program

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our team in Basel. This role is designed to attract and develop auditors who aspire to move into future leadership roles, using their experience in Internal Audit as a launchpad.

Finance Development Program (FDP)

The Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed to transform MBA graduates into Senior Finance Leaders at Novartis within six years. Through 2-3 years of rotational assignments in areas like Business Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and Digital Finance, you’ll gain deep insights into the US pharma market. This program offers hands-on experience across key finance functions, setting you up for leadership roles in the future.

Analytics Summer Internship

Interns will work on quantitative projects (statistics, data science/machine learning, or pharmacometrics) under the guidance of experienced quantitative scientists. Various real-world problems will give interns hands-on exposure to the early and late phases of drug development across different therapeutic areas. Interns will also attend seminars and other enrichment and learning activities to enhance their understanding of the drug development process and present their project results to quantitative scientists and other key stakeholders.
