About the Role
Your responsibilities will include;
- Supports the development and strengthening of PCO core expertise Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO), Patient-Centered Outcome Assessments (PCOA) and related instruments.
- Supports short- and long-range vision and strategy for PCO development and implementation.
- Collaborations with Biomedical Research (BR) to develop strategies of early-stage implementation of PCO Plans from PoC stage.
- Supports integration of “digital development” into the PCO process (ePCOs).
- Supports Novartis externally in Health Authorities and payers discussions concerning PCOs and impact on individual products.
Minimum requirements
- Ph.D in relevant life sciences qualification (e.g. Health Economics and Outcomes Research), PharmD, and/or Master’s degree (Masters in Public Health)
- 3+years’ experience in academia and at least 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry.
