Podsumowanie
The Global Device and Packaging Technology group in Novartis develops medical devices and packaging for chemical, biologic, cell & gene and radioligand therapy products. One main focus of this newly generated position is on secondary packaging for new modalities, like radioligand therapies and oligonucleotides.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and own packaging design for secondary & tertiary packaging activities, including but not limited to radioligand and oligonucleotide products, in global cross functional teams to launch new products and redesign on market products.
- Support definition of secondary & tertiary packaging technology, labelling strategy and roadmap including but not limited to radioligand and oligonucleotide products.
- Lead development activities including technology landscaping, suppliers scouting and change control with a main focus on Oligonucleotide and Radio Ligand Therapy products
- Support internal & external audits on secondary and tertiary packaging related matters.
- Disseminate knowledge & awareness of packaging technology for new modalities within wider organization and drive publications, presentations, and patents
Essential requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 10 years of experience in packaging technology development
- Fluent English
- Outstanding stakeholders management and excellent communication skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking who is, at the same time, able to structure new projects from scoping to solving and get consensus.
