We are seeking a HSE Business Partner – Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a strong integrated HSE culture and implementing of HSE standards and technical guidance across manufacturing sites in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices, and business objectives. Lead site HSE teams, provide coaching and drive continuous improvement mindset in the organization.

About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Enotna točka za platforme in lokacijske vodstvene ekipe za vse teme ZVO.
- Spodbujanje nenehnih izboljšav in upravljanje uspešnosti na ravni lokacije pri sodelovanju z deležniki in strankami.
- Izvajanje strategije ZVO, določanje jasnih ciljev in zagotavljanje podatkov pri pripravi proračuna ZVO za izvajanje prednostnih nalog na področju ZVO na lokacijah.
- Zagotavljanje izvajanja učinkovitih in uspešnih sistemov za upravljanje ZVO ter ustreznih podpornih programov (zdravje pri delu, varnost pri delu, okoljska skladnost) ob upoštevanju kompleksnosti, velikosti, populacije, regulativnega okolja,..
- Usklajevanje in spremljanje obvladovanja tveganj na področju ZVO na različnih lokacijah ter zagotavljanje tehničnih navodil lokacijam za zagotavljanje učinkovitega in uspešnega obvladovanja tveganj na področju ZVO.
- Spremljanje trendov na področju dogodkov ZVO in/ali vzrokov v okviru TechOps in po potrebi njihovo posredovanje višjim funkcijam. Zagotavljanje podpore pri preiskavi vzrokov ali vključevanje strokovnjakov, če je zahtevano. Zagotavljanje nadzora nad kakovostjo poročanja o incidentih in usmerjanja pri ukrepih CAPA, identificiranih SIF in dogodke ZVO.
- Identifikacija in razvoj talentov z ustvarjanjem nasledstvenih načrtov za ključne položaje, izkazovanje vzdržljivosti in vodstvenih sposobnosti za sprememb.
- Coaching in spodbujanje sodelavcev HSE, odgovornost za rast in strokovni razvoj sodelavcev.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe s področja upravljanja varnosti ali drugih naravoslovnih/tehničnih področij
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika.
- Poznavanje zbirke Microsoft Office.
- Minimalno 5 let izkušenj na področju tehničnih dejavnosti, po možnosti na ravni multinacionalk, pri čemer je del izkušenj pridobljen na področju farmacije, biomedicinskih raziskav in/ali zdravstva, ter znanje in delovne izkušnje na področju zdravja, varnosti in okolja.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Key Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for the TechOps Platforms and Sites Leadership Teams for all HSE topics
- Drive continuous improvement and performance management at site level with site stakeholders and customers.
- Execute HSE strategy, set clear objectives and provide inputs in HSE budget preparation to deliver HSE priorities at sites
- Ensure effective and efficient HSE Management Systems and appropriate supporting programs (Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance) are implemented in consideration of each site’s operational complexity, size, population, regulatory environment, and other factors
- Coordinate and monitor HSE risk management across sites, and provide technical guidance to sites to ensure effective and efficient management of site HSE risks
- Monitor trends in HSE events and/or causes within the TechOps and escalate if required. Support the root cause investigation or involve the relevant experts if required. Provide oversight on the quality of incident reporting and provide governance on the CAPA identified for SIF exposure and serious impact HSE events.
- Identify and develop talent by creating succession plans for the key positions, demonstrate resilience and leadership to drive change
- Coach and support the HSE associates, be responsible for associate growth and professional development
Essential Requirements:
- University diploma in technical / natural science field
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in field of technical activities, ideally at multi-national organizations, with a portion being within the pharmaceutical, biomedical research, and/or healthcare industry, and having a knowledge and work experience in Health, Safety & Environment.
