About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for order management and coordination of customer activities (for regular commercial and Patient Support Program orders + clinical orders) in local Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (ROME, SAP), full order to cash cycle.
- Customer onboarding and support, new customers and products set up, implement master data management (MDM) strategy in alignment with global teams with key focus on MDM tools.
- Process optimization, data analysis & ad-hoc projects focusing on client relationship management, orders performance; order tracking, monitoring, and rescheduling due to various business reasons.
- Key point of contact for external and internal customers to ensure timely and safe deliveries of medications to customers and patients.
- Effectively manages and resolves distribution issues, inquiries from customers (product specific, including non-medical information requests e.g. POD)
- Responsible for month-end distribution activities (revenue recognition impact at month-end).
- Monitoring of inventory of doses at the plant to ensure adequate coordination and scheduling of orders for patients.
- Collaborate as necessary with cross-functional team.

What you will bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, commerce, supply chain or related with a min of 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and solid SAP knowledge (SD, MM).
- Independent, fast learner, adept to managing change.
- Ability to multitask, high attention to detail and deals well with high pressure/time sensitive requests and competing priorities.
- Teamwork attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Bilingual EN and FR, oral and written.
