The Novartis Private Prescription Program (this website) connects you to an app (myTWC) operated by TW&CM PTY LTD trading as 'Terry White Chemists' (ACN 136 833 620), an Australian retail pharmacy company (TerryWhite Chemmart).
TerryWhite Chemmart will take your payment and dispense your prescription. Prices offered by TerryWhite Chemmart are conditional and non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions and the delivery and returns of TerryWhite Chemmart.
Fulfilment of prescriptions is contingent on your doctor having prescribed non-PBS reimbursed medicines and your nominated TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy will be responsible for checking that your prescription meets all necessary pre-conditions for dispensing.

Yes. You will need to visit your local TerryWhite Chemmart with your valid paper prescription and present this to the pharmacist. The pharmacist will prompt you to download the myTWC app and will store your paper prescription on-site. Once you have signed up to myTWC, the pharmacist will add your prescription to your app and you will be able to access the Novartis Private Prescription Program.

Novartis will not collect your personal information via the Novartis Private Prescription Program (this website).
Your personal information will be collected by TerryWhite Chemmart for the purposes of dispensing your medication only.
All personal information will be handled according to the terms and conditions and privacy statements notified to you by TerryWhite Chemmart.

The Novartis Hospital Ordering Program provides a platform for hospital sites, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to access Novartis selected medicines. Specifically designed for private scripts, the platform will be managed by Akesa Pty Ltd (ACN 168 121 122) (Akesa).

How it will work

1. Request an on-boarding pack and sign up to the program

2. Log in via the secure web-based platform

3. Search for products using the Novartis catalogue or Search function

4. Place your order for direct access

5. Track your delivery via the platform and email notifications

6. Receive your order with direct delivery to your location

7. Consolidated invoicing each month for easier reconciliation
