About the Role
Position Title : QC Team Leader - QC Raw Material
Location – Singapore
About the Role:
This position is responsible to establish and maintain an operational QC Raw material unit in full cGMP-compliance and manage review of test documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and optimization of work flows and methods/procedures
• Support for validation (preparation and approval of validation procedures and reports).
• Prepare and participate to health authority inspections and internal audits in respective area.
• Manage in putting in place quality systems for QC Raw Material lab in accordance with applicable regulations and global guidelines.
• Ensure training is performed and documented for all personnel and activities.
• Schedules and prioritizes workload of staff to ensure documents are reviewed and testing is performed in a timely manner.
• Creates, implements, and supports production tracking and trending systems and programs which assist in the testing, evaluation, and monitoring of raw material quality.
• Assists and resolves deviations, investigations and propose effective CAPA’s
• Reviews QA/QC documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and clarity and that raw materials or final products have been manufactured, tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs.
• Optimizes test procedures to improve efficiency whenever possible.
• Provides technical assistance to various departments and partners.
• Trains QA/QC analysts on new methods and instrumentation.
Role Requirements :
Essential Requirements:
• 10+ Years of experience in QC Raw Materials.
• Collaborated with supply chain, external testing labs, QA and manufacturing to ensure raw materials are testing and release per plan through routine RMC meetings
• Drive raw material testing internalization case to increase QC RM testing capabilities and competitiveness
• Drive and lead projects to reduce Indirect spending on external labs
• Highly agile and resourceful to work out a mitigation plan or resolution with cross-functional team in time of critical/urgent situation
• Possess advance skills to manage stakeholders, projects, business and financial skill.
