-To provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger; to ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role

About the role: The role of the Senior Financial Analyst – Analytics will be to drive the KPI monitoring operations on dashboard solutions using technologies such as Celonis, QlikSense, Alteryx, etc. S/He should enable the organization to enhance reporting capabilities for FRA.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Global Financial Reporting and Accounting team in performing continuous review of operational performance and compliance via relevant dashboards & review of anoma-lies (i.e. Celonis, AI etc.
  • Anomaly detection on FRA process performance, controls & compliance Supporting the projects on implementing new Finance Core KPIs and / or other enhancements
  • Partner with Finance users to interpret their needs and identify User Stories. Invent creative and innovative ways to answer key business questions by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones.
  • Performance tuning of dashboards to optimize the data extracts and rendering time. Creation and maintenance of Project documentation, knowledge and Support articles in SharePoint. Cooperate with IT resource allocation to maintain tools and systems.
  • Ensure continuous system availability across all time zones through process optimization and teamwork.
  • Support internal customers to effectively analyze business performance and recommend areas for improvement. Operationalize robust standard processes supported by tools and systems, reflecting best practices, supported by a control framework.
  • Ensure high level of solution usability while meeting business requirements. Ensure relevant SOX requirements are meeting

Essential Requirement:

  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree ideally in accounting, finance, or economics
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience with MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree OR minimum of 1-3 years post qualification working experience for CA, in performance management systems, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization
  • Should have excellent anomaly detection capabilities & stakeholder management
  • Should be capable of delivering creative design and interactive data visualizations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Celonis, Qlik Sense, SAP BI/BW

Desirable Requirements:

  • Should have good experience in BI/BW queries
  • Understand the needs of finance customers and provide the translation to IT team.
  • Hands on knowledge for basic to mid complex system changes (Front End)
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles necessary, dealing with multiple currencies and FX scenarios
  • Excellent analytical ability with experience of creation and discussion of financial performance KPIs
  • Experience in advance excel and MS-Office applications is must
  • Experience of working in multicultural / international environment
