Novartis Corporate Centers (NOCCs) are key enablers of Novartis' priorities. We are positioned globally to bring together expert capabilities and talent across functions, to continuously support driving innovation and deliver excellence. The India site is the largest amongst the six centers we have globally and is supporting our purpose of reimagining medicine. This center houses:
Development Hub in India
India serves as an important hub for Development, supporting various stages of development of medicines researched globally by Novartis. This center supports all the global development functions including Global Clinical Operations, Technical R&D, Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Analytics and Clinical Development.
Biomedical Research
Globally, this division is a network of scientists, physicians, and business professionals using science and innovation to propel the discovery of high-value, next-generation medicines for patients. In India, we are committed to strengthening our existing capabilities to accelerate and support the global vision.
Operations
The capability center provides high-quality support service across multiple functions and capabilities to our sites across the world. These include Business Services, Data, Digital & IT, Manufacturing Supply, Quality, Procurement & Real Estate, Human Resources, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Communications amongst others.
