- Supports Tracks, troubleshoots and resolves platform or system issues.
- Use best practices for coding and automation

- No major business disruptions.
- Number of recurring problems.
- Customer feedback (expectations met / exceeded) .
- Application onboarding delivery success .
- Cost optimization and / or growth of the business top line revenue resulting from innovative solutions.
