About the Role

This is a national field based role.

Major accountabilities:
Playing a crucial operational role in implementing the Collaborative Working Agreements (CWA), ensuring partners achieve contractual and compliance objectives and KPIs
Leadership and management of the CWA governance framework
Managing the programme's budget, ensuring the NHSE's investment commitments are met
Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, updating them on programme activities, identifying issues and potential opportunities.
Supporting high-level NHS stakeholder engagement in delivering market expansion ambitions
Using insights from cross-functional teams and market research to launch, develop and implement high-quality Patient Access strategic and operational plans.
Leveraging NHS expertise and influence, the role will support TAs with national strategy to drive commercial growth across other brands and pipeline medicines
Facilitating and achieving optimal Patient Access by building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at all levels
Establishing and maintaining a strong professional network within the Regional and local Government authorities, Healthcare providers, Health Economic organizations and other relevant decision-making representatives

Requirements:
Significant proven experience of National NHS customer engagement and knowledge to benefit commercial growth
Evidence of customer influence and understanding of NHS priorities
Collaborative leadership experience internally and externally with senior stakeholders
Good negotiation skills and ability to conduct tenders
Knowledge of reimbursement processes and commercial principles
Strong project management and governance skills to ensure all activities adhere to regulations and ultimately achieve project objectives.
