About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Harness your exceptional project management expertise to drive optimal efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Integration & Separation process. You will play a key role in maximizing deal value, meticulously identifying potential risks and challenges, and proactively designing contingency plans.
Foster enduring trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. You will collaborate zealously with project partners to align efforts towards the achievement of shared goals.
Provide active support to the BTS leadership team, contributing to the development of compelling proposals and seeking out opportunities to expand our Integrations | Separations management consulting solutions. Your intrinsic involvement in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, including critical undertakings, team learning and culture, and capability and methodology development, will be pivotal.
Unfailingly maintain a "Can do" attitude in all interactions and dutifully address internal customers' requests, ensuring their needs are met with utmost dedication and professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
15+ years of work experience in Management Consulting, with a focus on M&A Post-merger Integrations and Separations (or Transformations) in Pharma & Biosciences, Technology, Financial Services, or Manufacturing industries.
Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business data to propose informed decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience working collaboratively with C-level stakeholders.
Proven project management skills and a demonstrated track record of successfully leading diverse teams and delivering projects on time.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English, fluency in another language is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role.
