Asociate Director Solution Delivery -Integration Project manager

• Coordinate parallel project delivery activities within LDC

• Ensure on time and in quality reporting of all global parallel projects and ensure pro-active information sharing with stakeholders

• Manage project delivery (for the projects under direct responsibility) identifying and mitigating risks proactively and ensure GxP, SOX and NFCM compliance.

• Plan and orchestrate tollgate reviews and signoffs as per LDC methodology.

• Mobilize and engage internal and external stakeholder support ensuring all dependencies for a successful delivery of projects are addressed.

• Establish solid and efficient project reviews for ensuring high quality deliverables per plan.   

• Manage detailed plan, status, risk, and issues.

• Lead project and service transitions.

• Manage overall budget of the parallel projects within Core enablement team

• Lead continuous assessment and management of dependencies with projects outside of LDC program (parallel projects).

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 10+ years of experience where at least 8 years of experience is associated with project management and delivery in ERP (preferable SAP) ecosystem with GxP, SOX and NFCM relevance.

• Extensive functional, technical experience with tools like JIRA, HPQC-ALM and MS-Project is mandatory.

• 8 or more years in roles having accountability for the delivery of multiple teams is preferred.

• Experience demonstrating effective working with distributed or off-shore teams is essential.

• Very strong written and verbal English is minimum requirement. Additional major languages desirable.

Desirable requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline; or other degree with significant work experience in similar disciplines.
